"Don't ask, Don't tell" is easily one of the stupidest things to come out of the Clinton Administration, and this is me saying so! FTM, should Nancy Pelosi actually do this, it will mark the first time I agree with anything she's done ;-D

Seriously, a person's sexuality is nobody's business, and I couldn't care less who is with who when they take their uniforms off.

Short verson of a post I left on another journal, same topic: DADT was a "head in sand" answer when Clinton couldn't get the changes he wanted. It's caused headaches and heartache for troops and commanders alike. The change will either come from the outside in the near future, or the inside, maybe in 50 years or so. That being said, Choi knew the ROEs when he signed up. He wants to fight the rule, fine; but he shouldn't act surprised/hurt when the military does what it normally does.
